Shipping policy

All items are carefully packaged and shipped in boxes. We ship within 3 business days after you place an order. Once your items are shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. If you change your mind after shipment, you can return the item for a refund once you receive it. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. 

US orders 

• Orders are shipped from China
• All orders are shipped with tracking
• Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from the day you order, including the 3 days we take to ship; we are not responsible for delays of postal service
• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address; we are not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong address

Canada Orders

• Shipped from China
• Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from the day you order, including the 3 days we take to ship; we are not responsible for delays of postal service
• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address; we are not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong address

International Orders

• Shipped from China
• Shipping time is between 7-21 business days after the parcel leaves our warehouse; we are not responsible for delays of postal service
• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address; we are not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong address

For international orders, there might be VAT, duties and custom clearance charges to be paid to your local government upon delivery. Energy Stone is not responsible for custom charges.
