Shipping policy
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in boxes. We ship within 7 business days after you place an order. Once your items are shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. If you change your mind after shipment, you can return the item for a refund once you receive it. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

International Orders
Due to COVID19, many countries are experiencing delays in their postal services. Your order will be shipped with tracking; however, we cannot open a case if shipping time is less than 75 days. In addition, there might be VAT, duties and custom clearance charges to be paid to your local government upon delivery. Energy Stone is not responsible for custom charges.
